Dr. Sarah Relyea-Logan, MD, ABFM, CCFP

Founder & Owner of Portico Longevity and Primary Care

Dr. Sarah Relyea-Logan has been in Family Medicine for almost 30 years. She was born, raised, educated and trained in Canada, where high-quality healthcare is free for all. She founded and created  Portico Longevity to offer people a much-needed alternative to corporate, profit and insurance driven healthcare. Her passion has always been to look after the whole family and provide holistic care – mind, body, and spirit. She believes that all people in our community deserve to have the best healthcare possible and if we do this our communities will prosper.

Dr. Relyea-Logan has mentored and taught other providers to practice the same way at University of Toronto, Virginia Commonwealth University and, most recently, at the Medical University of South Carolina.

She specializes in women’s health and mental health, including substance use disorders. She is still involved in grant work supporting treatment of opioid use disorders and collaborates with Sweetgrass Psychiatry to provide integrated care.  In recent years she has become interested in anti-aging science after publishing a review article in a family medicine journal. Her joyful mission to help people live longer, happier, healthier lives is made possible in the beautiful and relaxing space she has created and with the team of caring individuals she has assembled.

Our facility features an infrared sauna, cold plunge pool, copper tub mineral bath soaks, steam room, and Vichy shower for you to relax and enjoy. We believe that no one should dread going to the doctor, which is why we prioritize personalized care and attention.

Our team will get to know you personally and make you feel at home. You can even unwind in our garden and savor a cup of tea or a glass of artesian spring water.
