ABOUT US
Dr. Sarah Relyea-Logan has been in Family Medicine for almost 30 years. She was born, raised, educated and trained in Canada, where high-quality healthcare is free for all. She has created Front Porch Family Practice and Portico Longevity to offer people a much-needed alternative to corporate, profit and insurance driven primary care. Her passion has always been to look after the whole family and provide holistic care – mind, body, and spirit. She has mentored and taught other providers to practice the same way at University of Toronto, Virginia Commonwealth University and, most recently, at the Medical University of South Carolina. She specializes in women’s health and mental health, including substance use disorders. She is still involved in grant work supporting treatment of opioid use disorders and collaborates with Sweetgrass Psychiatry to provide integrated care. In recent years she has become interested in anti-aging science after publishing a review article in a family medicine journal. Her joyful mission to help people live longer, happier, healthier lives is made possible in the beautiful and relaxing space she has created and with the team of caring individuals she has assembled.
Erin Connor is a Licensed Esthetician and skincare specialist based in Charleston, SC. With over 8 years of luxury skin care experience she believes that the key to beautiful skin is consistency with facials, having a home care regimen using top-quality products, hydration and a healthy lifestyle.
In 2016, Erin joined Spa Azure and soon became their lead esthetician. Here she trained extensively with the world-renowned French luxury skin care line Biologique Recherche´. Erin participated annually in the Biologique Recherche´ training conferences and seminars in New York City. Her facial techniques and treatments combine a wide variety of methods including the use of LED light therapy, micro-currents, cryotherapy, microdermabrasion, Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage and face-lifting manual massage.
Erin’s treatments are tailored to each client’s unique needs and cover all skin types and all ages. She only uses the highest quality European made skincare products, but perhaps her most valuable tools are her eyes, her hands and her intuition. Erin finds her reward and gratification in providing a relaxing & loving environment and in making others feel good about themselves.
Megan Bunch, PA-C, a dedicated professional at our medical aesthetics practice. Megan is a proud alumna of the Duke University School of Medicine PA program, where she honed her skills and passion for healthcare. With a decade of experience in the field, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.Her expertise extends beyond conventional healthcare, as Megan is particularly passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and longevity. She believes in the transformative power of combining medical knowledge with a holistic approach to enhance both inner well-being and outer beauty.Beyond her professional pursuits, Megan is a loving mother to an eight-year-old son. Her joy is spending quality time outdoors and on the water with her son and her partner, Patrick. Megan's commitment to health, family, and the pursuit of a balanced life aligns seamlessly with our mission to provide comprehensive and personalized care to our valued clients.
